Hi, after my old car sadly got wrote off in a non fault small accident, I had to look for a new one pretty quickly. As luck would have it I found just what I was looking for at H&O Motors and I was not disappointed. Oscar and Barry made me feel at ease from the beginning, no pushy sales talk, instead an honest, genuine family run business. Who went out of their way make sure the purchase of my new car went smoothly. I was very impressed with their business, their customer service, quality of their cars and the brilliant setup they have with their own mechanics on site. Love my new car and I would recommend H&O Motors in a heartbeat.

Last month we found a car on auto trader and motors that we were after at K&O motors, the customer service from first contact until sale sale was excellent. Being from south east kent, they quickly were able to tell me about delivery fees, and if not they would be happy to pick me up from the train station when I made the journey up. As it needed go through their pre sale checks they were open and honest about the whole process and had corrected all the advisories from the vehicles last MOT as well. No pressure sales tactics and just wanting the best for the customer and making every step as clear and hassle free for me. The garage and the sales departments were busy all the time I was there which says a lot about their high standards. 100% worth the trip and and will look again when another car is needed and a bit gutted I can't sensibly use the garage in the future too!

Recently I brought a new to me car from k&o motors, I had the pleasure of dealing with Oscar which we managed to get everything sorted over the phone as he was abit to far away from me (the car was also delivered on a tralier). The car was as described, but was with a couple issues that with the help of Oscar these were sorted and he car is tip top. Thanks Oscar and thanks k&o motors.

Oscar took my very first phonecall and he was very friendly and professional. After having a good chat with him he explained how the company began and what the 2 sides are about. Barry finalised my paperwork. The whole company made every part of this experience, the viewing, test drive answering questions so easy. I would definitely recommend them for 1 buying a car and also any car needs you may have from MOT and servicing to tyres and air con.

They came to meet us at their showroom on a Sunday when they’re officially closed. Also at short notice.
